Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 Sep 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry form, or engaging First Intent MVA Cases for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Who May Use Our Services

Our services are offered only to law firms and to representatives authorized to act for a law firm. By submitting an inquiry you represent that you are a law firm representative and that you are not an agency, broker, or vendor seeking to resell our services or to sell services to us.

3. Description of Services

First Intent MVA Cases sources and delivers motor vehicle accident matters to participating law firms. Delivery formats may include exclusive leads, inbound calls, live transfers, and signed retainers, subject to the program terms agreed between the firm and First Intent MVA Cases.

4. Accuracy of Information You Provide

You agree that all information you submit — including firm name, contact details, licensing status, state(s) of interest, and stated capacity — is accurate and current, and that you will update it if it changes. We may decline or terminate an engagement where information proves inaccurate.

5. Case Age, Screening and Delivery

Matters are screened against the criteria of the program selected. A matter is delivered with the intake details attached. Delivery of a matter does not guarantee that the matter will be accepted, retained, or result in a fee, and does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and First Intent MVA Cases.

6. 30-Day Replacement Terms

Signed matters may be returned for replacement within 30 days of delivery where the matter does not meet the agreed program criteria. A matter returned after the 30-day window, or returned for a reason outside the agreed criteria, is not eligible for replacement.

7. Fees and Payment

Pricing, billing intervals, and payment method are set out in the written agreement or order form between the firm and First Intent MVA Cases. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable and are owed for matters delivered, whether or not the matter is ultimately retained.

8. Exclusivity

Where a program is sold as exclusive, the matter is not shared with, resold to, or transferred to another firm. Exclusivity applies to the matter delivered and not to the underlying facts, and does not restrict the claimant from seeking counsel elsewhere.

9. Compliance with Law and Bar Rules

You are responsible for your own compliance with applicable federal, state, and local law and with the attorney advertising, solicitation, and referral-fee rules of every jurisdiction in which you practice. First Intent MVA Cases operates its advertising and intake under the compliance practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute matters or our services; use our materials to build a competing service; scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content from this website; or use this website or our services for any unlawful purpose.

11. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, page layouts, and software on this website are the property of First Intent MVA Cases or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

12. No Legal Advice

Content on this website is provided for general information only. It is not legal advice, is not a substitute for the advice of a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction, and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

13. Disclaimers

This website and our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Intent MVA Cases is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, cases, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless First Intent MVA Cases and its officers, agents, and employees from any claim, liability, damage, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of this website or our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or bar rule.

16. Termination

Either party may end the engagement in accordance with the written agreement between the firm and First Intent MVA Cases. On termination, obligations that by their nature should survive — including payment obligations, confidentiality, indemnification, and these disclaimers — continue to apply.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version posted on this page is the version in effect, and continued use of the website or services after a change is posted means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by the laws of the United States where they apply.
